Shipping policy

Dispatch times

For the majority of products, I aim to dispatch your order within 3 - 5 working days of your purchase. After receiving your order confirmation email you will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

If there is a delay I will contact you using the email address / telephone number that you provide when ordering. 

Artwork commissions

Custom items and special order items have a longer processing time before dispatch. This includes commissions and larger prints not carried in stock. In the rare event that a longer time scale occurs than was expected, you will be updated as to an expected delivery date. 

International Shipping

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Laura Medvedieva Fine Art is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact madraartmail@gmail.com  with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.

Delivery

Delivery is available to most countries with the shipping fee calculated at checkout. For countries I do not ship to, no order will be accepted.  For the majority of original artworks  and artwork commissions shipping charges are included in the cost of your order.

Such items as prints and catalogues will be shipped using An Post services. An Post Terms & Conditions apply. The delivery fee is calculated at the checkout.

For international orders over 1500 euro , items will be sent via a courier service. Their Terms & Conditions will apply. It is the buyers responsibility to be available for receiving items where they are sent by courier.
