Handmade Original Artworks
Before You Purchase:
I want you to love your artwork! Please contact me before ordering if you need:
- Additional photos/videos
- Exact dimensions or close-up details
- Special shipping requests
- Clarification on materials or framing
- Once an order is placed, I assume all details meet your approval.
All original artworks are one-of-a-kind, handmade pieces, and due to their nature, I cant offer refunds or returns except under the following exceptional circumstances:
- Accidental purchase (if canceled before shipping).
- Damage during transit (must report within 48 hours with photos).

Commissioned Artworks
- A non-refundable deposit (typically 50% of total cost) is required to begin work.
- Deposits cannot be refunded once work has commenced, as materials and time are allocated specifically for your project.
- If cancellation occurs after work begins, the deposit will be forfeited.
Prints & Catalogs
I have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours with photos for verification. I will work with you to resolve the issue via replacement (if available) or refund.

If your return is accepted, I’ll send you the instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Buyer covers return shipping unless the error was mine.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
I will notify you once received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
