FAQ
When will I receive my first print?
Prints are shipped in the end of each month. If you join after the 25th, your first print will be sent in the following month's shipment.
What if I need to cancel?
No hard feelings! You can cancel your membership at any time, directly from your account page. There are no long-term contracts.
Is this a physical print?
Yes! This is a high-quality, A5 (5.8 x 8.3 inch) or square (8 x 8) physical art print on premium photo paper, delivered to your doorstep.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I do.
How do birthday prints work?
If you’re a yearly subscriber, simply reply to your welcome email with your birthday. I’ll send a special celebratory print as a gift! Birthday prints are shipped during your birthday month alongside that month's regular prints.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the custom nature of this service, I do not offer refunds for past months. However, you can cancel future shipments at any time.
How do I update my shipping address?
You can manage your shipping address directly from your customer account. Please be sure to update it before the 25th of the month to ensure your print for that month goes to the right place.
What kind of paper do you use?
I use high-quality, 240 gsm premium photo paper to ensure your art prints are vibrant and long-lasting.
Can I give this as a gift?
Absolutely! It's the perfect gift. During sign-up, you can enter the recipient's shipping address. I can also include a gift note from you if you'd like.
